Invoice

An Invoice template with signatories buyer and supplier, an observer approver, and fields price and expiry, created by a Propose on a Draft record signed by the buyer and accepted by the supplier. Pay is a two-fragment transaction: the buyer's fragment consumes the invoice and a cash note and emits a flow; the supplier's fragment consumes the flow into a note. An optional public acknowledgement is the transaction's single public effect.
