Testing

weld test gains scenarios (tests/scenarios.json): a cast of parties and FIs, a sequence of transactions, and expected outcomes, executed against the golden world with nargo execute. The satisfiability, weld coverage, sensitivity, negatives, and budget lints of [Weld spec §6.2](/framework/cli/test) run per method and per policy. Two new lints:

• Strandability: every template has at least one consuming choice, and every choice's controllers are stakeholders or actors that can exist.
• Authorization completeness: for every choice, the signatories of every record it can create are derivable from controllers plus consumed signatories; otherwise the choice can never be exercised.
